Implementation

At apollogroup we like to have a full understanding of the working practices and culture of your business, to do this we carry out four stages which will successfully implement an On Site Working Partnership.

Firstly, we undertake a full business survey, which will gain valuable information and provide an insight into your working practices, this is also done with a feasibility study which highlights the practicality of using our On Site service. At apollogroup we strive to gain a complete understanding of your business and the objectives of your business managers, with this information we can then formalise a working strategy which meets the needs of your business and performance requirements. During this stage there will also be a full cost analysis.

The second stage of implementation is were we will present our findings to you from the surveys carried out in stage one, regarding economic and practical implications. We will also give you a general overview of your business alongside an outline of our objectives. This can include a consultation on employment law issues, heath and safety compliance, hygiene training and advice on streamlining your recruitment procedures. Information about the enhancements available with the On Site service will also be given at this stage.

During the third stage we begin the practical implementation of the On Site service, this involves introducing our management team, the training and induction of our service team, performance reviews, transfers and employment consultations.

The final stage of implementation will be on-going, we will be supporting the workforce and maintaining the levels of service you expect. We will also put in place auditing procedures and supply you with K.P.I.s and real time management information. At this stage there will also be options for a multi-site roll out.
